Coaching the Disgruntled Employee

Course Description

This webinar coach training will provide case study, exercises, practice and will include use of core coaching strategies.  It will match coaching strategies, practices and techniques with employee development and growth strategies and will prepare you to refine your coaching approach for working with disgruntled employees.

This interactive learning workshop will include small group discussions, coaching skills practice and will provide perspective shifting exercises and case studies utilizing adult learning strategies that integrate shared learning, feedback and coaching practitioner
