Defining Your Niche & IWSC Practice —Module XI
This module is designed to help the practicing coach explore different coaching niches and develop a plan to expand his/her clientele in a niche of choice. The coach will contrast coaching experiences with success level, the coach's style strength and the gift the coach brings to the field of coaching. This interactive module will provide the coach with insights from working with a questionnaire, case study, reflection, and observations from peers.
This will help the coach zero in and explore his/her niche comfort for developing an action plan, in answer of the questions: who is their ideal client? Does my style, strength, passion and coaching niche match?
IWSC Advanced Assessment Tools —Module XII
This module is designed for the advanced learner who wants to explore strategies and techniques for reaching difficult clients. The module will examine the solution focus approach, conflict management and transformational theory to move clients forward. It also includes taking a closer look at several conflict assessment tools that can be used to help clients gain personal insight.
IWSC Goals, Passion, Purpose & Execution - Module XIII
This module will explore strategies to aide clients in becoming more successful at setting and reaching strategic goals. It explores the concept of Appreciative Inquiry and Socratic Questioning to identify and align goals to passions, develop successful execution strategies and raise awareness of challenges to successful execution. It also helps examine false beliefs, ideas and concepts that may be holding one back from living their purpose.
IWSC Power Tools, Career & Transition—Module XIV
Power tools are essential to equip clients with information and knowledge. They can include reflective tools, games, artful and fun activities, communication tools, books, metaphors and stories. These can all work to help clients become more aware of themselves and their impact on others. It can also serve to help them find new information or research new opportunities for their success. The impact of these tools are that they empower and enthuse clients’ success. This module will provide the coach with a platform to explore and learn about these strategies and apply them.
IWSC Self Care - Reflective Practitioner —Module XV
Coaches need to maintain their own wellness. IWSC requires a high level of self awareness on the part of the coach. This module is designed to help the coach practice the art of reflection. Reflection is an amazing skill that a coach can develop to grow into a masterful coach. Participants will practice several strategies for reflection, such as journaling, meditation, stories, metaphors, art and visualizing.
