Course Description

Our management and workplace coach training will provide case study, exercises, practice and will include a foundational coaching perspective.  It will examine the theory and practice of the ‘manager as coach’ model, with an emphasis on mapping and expanding for greater leadership. 

Learning Objectives

Our training will provide the participant with a practice in coaching a range of workplace issues and equip the managers and supervisors, coaches and educators alike on the art of:

  • Empowering staff to be accountable and self-generating
  • Creating a culture of Responsible Communication®
  • Increasing participation and positive motivation
  • Staying detached yet nurturing and engaged in the professional relationship
  • Goal setting, enthusing and motivational strategies

Methodology

This interactive learning workshop will include small group discussions, coaching skills practice and will provide perspective shifting exercises and case studies utilizing adult learning strategies that integrate shared learning, feedback and coaching practice
